Serpent hat für den neuen 1/10 Elektro-Tourenwagen Project 4X ein neues leichtes Kohlefaser-Chassis entwickelt.
Der normale Chassis wiegt 61 Gramm und dieses neue leichtere Chassis nur 46 Gramm, was eine deutliche Reduzierung des Gewichts ist. Daraus ergibt sich, dass dieses mehr Flex bietet, wenn dies nötig ist.

Product-description For the Project 4X car we introduce this light carbon fibre chassis.
The normal chassis is 61 grams and this light one only 46 grams, so it’s a big reduction of weight.
The light chassis can be used for certain racing situations where more flex is needed, indoors as well as outdoors.
The standard kit-chassis version of the car with its strong center stiffener is as stiff as many standard cars with an aluminium chassis.
