FX-Engines präsentiert den neuen K501 – 5 Port, DLC, Keramiklager

Der K501 ist ein neuer 1/8 Off-Road-Motor, welcher auf Basis der K5-Plattform basiert.

Der 5-Port-Motor umfasst ein Keramiklager und eine diamantbeschichtete Kurbelwelle. Die Kurbelwelle ist mit einem Wolframgewicht ausbalanciert. Der K501 verfügt über ein neu gestaltetes Kurbelgehäuse und ist einem 10-Rippen-Motorkopf ausgestattet. Der Vergaser verfügt über eine kürzere Nadel.

Der K501 ist ein äußerst zuverlässiger und leistungsstarker Motor, der für jede Rennstrecke und Rennbedingung geeignet ist.

Bei der Konzeption, Gestaltung, Kreation und Veredelung der FX-Engines wurde auf höchstes technisches und handwerkliches Können geachtet. Dieser Motor und alle seine Teile wurden von FX im eigenen Haus in der Slowakei, Europa, unter Verwendung der besten europäischen Materialien und der fortschrittlichsten schweizerischen, deutschen und italienischen Technologien entwickelt und hergestellt. Sogar das Kurbelgehäuse wurde im Haus mit vollrobotischer Druckgusstechnologie hergestellt.
Alle Teile werden einzeln vermessen und geprüft, und die Abmessungen aller Teile werden aufgezeichnet, um eine vollständige Fertigungs- und Montageaufzeichnung jedes einzelnen Teils zu gewährleisten.

Jeder Motor verfügt über ein Fertigungszertifikat, das alle wichtigen Seriennummern und -maße aufzeichnet, sodass jederzeit alle Details der Produktion zurückverfolgt werden können.

The K501 is a premium, high-performance 1/8 off-road engine designed for high-competition racing. The K501 is completely innovated engine based on the K5 platform with focus on maximum bottom and middle power.

The 5-port engine includes a ceramic bearing and diamond-coated crankshaft. The crankshaft is individually balanced with a tungsten weight. The sleeve and piston set were specially selected and matched. The K501 features redesigned crankcase and engine cover and is equipped with a 10-rib engine head. The carburetor features a shorter needle.

The K501 is an extremely reliable and powerful engine suitable for any race track and racing conditions.

All the finest engineering and craftsmanship has gone into the concept, design, creation, and finishing of FX Engines. This engine and all of its parts were designed and manufactured by FX in-house in Slovakia, Europe using all the finest European materials and the most advanced Swiss, German, and Italian technologies. Even the crankcase was die cast in-house using fully robotic die casting technology.

All parts are individually measured and inspected, and dimensions of all parts are recorded to ensure a full manufacturing & assembly record of every single part. Each engine includes a manufacturing certificate that records all the important serial numbers and measurements so that, at any time, all details of the production – including material batch, machine programs, responsible craft persons and production dates – can be traced back to its roots.
