{"id":106703,"date":"2017-04-14T16:42:24","date_gmt":"2017-04-14T14:42:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mikanews.de\/?p=106703"},"modified":"2017-04-14T18:13:39","modified_gmt":"2017-04-14T16:13:39","slug":"chassisfokus-mugen-umbau-werner-ruf","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mikanews.de\/?p=106703","title":{"rendered":"Chassisfokus Mugen Umbau \u2013 Werner Ruf"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Modellbauer sind erfinderisch &#8211; Auf dem <a href=\"https:\/\/mikanews.de\/2017\/04\/05\/letzte-bilder-vom-sk-lauf-west-und-fr-lauf-or8e-im-czypu-drom\/\" target=\"_blank\">SK-Lauf West im Czypu-Drom<\/a> konnten wir eine tolle Umsetzung eines Elektro 1\/8 Offroad-Umbaus von einem <a href=\"https:\/\/mikanews.de\/2016\/04\/04\/mugen-seiki-mbx-7r-eco-erfolgsgarantie\/\" target=\"_blank\">Mugen MBX-7R Eco<\/a> sehen. Die <!--more-->Anregung kam von dem gro\u00dfen Elektro-Autobauer Tesla, welche der 49 j\u00e4hrige Werner Ruf in seinem Mugen in die Praxis umsetzte. Werner ist schon sehr lange im Modellbau dabei. Seit 30 Jahren ist er beim MC-Weiden im Verein und schon 10 Jahre davon im Vorstand. Angefangen hat er mit Verbrenner und f\u00e4hrt seit 5 Jahren nur noch Elektro. Das Reglement gibt keine Motorenzahl vor, sodass sein mit zwei Motoren angetriebenes Fahrzeug v\u00f6llig legal bei Rennen ist.Durch den Wegfall des mittleren Antriebsstranges mit dem Mitteldifferenzial blieb genug Platz f\u00fcr die beiden Motoren und den Akku. Etwas get\u00fcfteln, \u00fcberlegen und rechnen musste Werner bei der Motorwahl, Regler und dem Akku. Klar, normale LiPo-Akkus h\u00e4tten auch gepasst, jedoch setzt er auf 8x 3,6 V Sanyo L Li-Ion 4250 mAh 4S\/2P, welche tief auf dem Chassis (quer) platziert wurden. In der Mitte zwischen dem vorderen und hinteren Antrieb befindet sich die Akkuhalterung<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Durch die Anordnung der Komponenten ist symetrisch und ausgewogen. Bei der Motorwahl musste etwas gerechnet werden, da diese direkt die Kegeldifferenziale antreiben, da ja das Mitteldifferenzial mit dem Motorritel bei diesem Umbau entf\u00e4llt. Die Motorpower der normalen Brushless-Motoren w\u00e4re zuviel gewesen, also rechnete und probierte Werner. Nach ein paar Test fiel die Wahl auf zwei Kontronic-Au\u00dfenl\u00e4ufer Motoren, die separat von jeweils einem Fahrregler angesteuert werden. Der Grund hierf\u00fcr ist ganz einfach. Die beiden Achsen sollten unabh\u00e4ngig voneinander angesteuert werden k\u00f6nnen, d.h. es sollte die M\u00f6glichkeit bestehen, unterschiedliche Drehzahl (bzw. Over-Drive &#8211; &#8222;Auf Zug in die Kurven&#8220;) und Bremskraft einstellen zu k\u00f6nnen. N\u00f6tig daf\u00fcr ist zus\u00e4tzlich die passende Fernsteuerung. Werner nutzt die <a href=\"https:\/\/mikanews.de\/2017\/01\/29\/futaba-t4pv-im-test-1-die-gehobene-mittelklasse\/\" target=\"_blank\">Futaba T4PX (wir hatten dieses getestet)<\/a> , bei die unterschiedliche Einstellung (Dual-Mix) m\u00f6glich ist.
