Die erste Lauf der \u00f6sterreichischen 1\/10 und 1 \/ 8. Nationals fand in Sollenau statt. Bei diesem Lauf war es Gerhard Kandelhart mit seinem Shepherd Velox V10 ‚WC‘<\/a>, der die gr\u00f6\u00dfte Troph\u00e4e mit nach Hause nahm, obwohl es Shepherd Teamkollege Leonardo Varga war, der den TQ-Platz inne hatte.<\/p>\n

Im Endlauf war Leo einige Zeit in F\u00fchrung, aber nach einem Crash musste sein Fahrzeug in der Box repariert werden Gerhard „Kandi“ Kandelhart \u00fcbernahm die F\u00fchrung nach Leos Unfall und gewann vor Kurt Hubeny und Leo.<\/p>\n

Kandelhart wins round 1 of Austrian 200mm IC Nationals<\/p>\n

The opening round of the Austrian 1\/10 and 1\/8th Nationals was held in Sollenau and it was Gerhard Kandelhart with his Shepherd Velox V10 \u2018WC\u2019 who took home the biggest trophy although it was Shepherd team mate Leonardo Varga who claimed the TQ spot after qualifying.<\/p>\n

In the main final Leo was in the lead for quite some time but a crash with a backmarker forced him to get his car repaired in the pitlane. Gerhard \u201cKandi\u201d Kandelhart took over the lead after Leo\u2019s incident and never looked back crossing the finishing line in first position in front of Kurt Hubeny while Leo fought his way back to the front to complete the podium.<\/p>\n
