Im Jahr 1990 hat Eberhard Beck, auch &#8222;Ebi&#8220; genannt, mit dem RC-Car Sport angefangen. Mit 33 Jahren wechselte er vom Fahrersitz zum Fahrerstand, jedoch h\u00e4lt er <!--more-->das Lenkrad immer noch fest in der Hand. Zugegeben ist dieses etwas &#8222;geschrumpft&#8220;, jedoch blieb die Faszination des Rennsports erhalten. Von Beginn an arbeitet Ebi akribisch an seinen Fahrzeugen, die er in den Rennen einsetzt bzw. einsetzte. Nichts \u00fcberl\u00e4sst er dem Zufall. Lange Zeit fuhr Ebi erfolgreich in der Keil-DTM, gewann beim MAC-Burgdorf im Jahr 2000 das Deutschlandfinale der LRP-HPI-Challenge in der Klasse Mini und wurde im Jahr 2010 Deutscher Meister ORE4WD Standard. \u00dcbrigens wurde ich Vizemeister hinter ihm auf dieser DM. Bei dem Start zur Berlin-Winter-Series lie\u00df er es ruhig angehen. Das Ergebnis war f\u00fcr ihn zweitrangig. Haupts\u00e4chlich versuchte er seine Rundenzeiten zu verbessern, indem er verschiedene Setups probierte. Dazu wurden u.a. Messinggewichte eingesetzt, um die Balance des Fahrzeuges zu ver\u00e4ndern.
