\ncreated this next masterpiece, the rear motor MT RTR version of the very popular
\nSpyder series.<\/p>\n

Spyder MT2 Features
\nChassis
\nComposite chassis plate with a layout allowing for a perfect weight balance, and
\noptimal space for the electronics, battery and servo. The front kick-up angle in the
\nchassis incorporates more clearance for racing and allow for better nose landings.
\nShock towers and Shock absorbers
\nDurable composite front and rear shock towers, with multiple shock angle positions
\nallowing to fine tune for varying conditions.
\nDual system 12mm big bore shocks with coated threaded bodies, a unique cap
\ndesign, a superbly sealing O-ring and spacer package.
\nFront bumper system
\nThe durable composite front bumper system will absorb the worst of head on crashes
\nand will allow for save nose landings.
\nFront wishbones and Front and Rear Track Rods
\nThe long front wishbones are made from a super strong composite material. The
\narms are angled to optimize the CG and pivot on 3mm captured pins on the inside
\nand out. The arms have 2 mounting positions for shock angle and are prepared to
\nuse an optional anti-roll bar if needed. Spring steel front and rear track rods are
\nmounted to durable composite captured ball joints. The track Rods have L\/R
\nthreading for easy adjustments.
\nCastor blocks Steering Block
\nThe steering blocks fit 5x10x4 mm bearings. The caster blocks are very compact and
\nstrong units made from a special composite material.
\nSteering system and Ackermann
\nThe steering system has a reverse swinging pivot system that optimizes the
\nefficiency through all different types of corners
\nUpright Settings
\nThe rear hub uprights use a larger 5x14x4 outer bearing and 10x15x4 mm inner for
\nultimate lasting performance.
\nWheel-axles and wheel hex.
\nThe spring steel wheel-axles utilized 12mm hex adapter to follow current market
\nstandards. The front springs steel axle is fixed, while the rear wheel-hex is a
\nclamping aluminum version.
\nBattery space mount and weight balance
\nThe battery is mounted perfectly in the center line of the car. It\u2019s an exact fit for
\nsaddle packs. In case of using a Shorty-pack, it can be moved to front or back to play\u00a0with weight balance. Pieces of hard foam are supplied to do so and secure the
\nbattery in position. The carbon fiber battery-top-brace has a secure quick release
\nsystem with handy alloy twist nuts.
\nDifferential
\nThe oil filled gear-differential is a super compact, effective and durable unit.
\nClutch
\nThe car features a solid slipper combined with a steel gear, to have a simple and
\ndurable system. The slipper clutch is optional.
\nMotor plate and motor guard
\nThe motor plate comes in anodized aluminum.
\nRear Transmission case
\nThe composite rear transmission case is light and durable. It allows the driver to
\nadjust the differential height to each specific condition. It also securely holds the
\nmotor plate, differential as well as supports the rear wing mount and rear shock
\ntower.
\nRear driveshaft system, wheel-axles
\nThe spring steel drive shafts are thin and light, yet durable. The spring steel wheel-
\naxles are 5mm, light and durable, guided by the 2 different sizes of bearings, inner
\n10x14x4 mm and outer 5x13x4 mm. The driveshaft pin is fully captured to prevent
\nany failure. These bearings are for sure to stand up the rigors of any track condition.
\nRear suspension arms
\nThe long and durable angled rear suspension arms are very tough units to withstand
\nthe rigors of the track and the hard landings. The rear arm offers 2 options for shock
\nposition and two mounting locations for the rear anti-roll bar if needed.
\nRear Chassis skid plate
\nThe composite rear skid plate connects to the chassis plate. This connection allows
\nyou to unclip the rear end in one piece, but helps reduce the total cost of
\nmaintenance. It is also made from extremely high strength composite material.
\nRear bumper
\nThe rear bumper section is a very durable unit, easy to disassemble, and fits well
\nwith the rear of the body, to absorb the worst of back-end crashes.
\nBody shell and rear wing
\nThe light realistic looking MT style body, made in top quality clear polycarbonate, has
\na nice flowing line, steep front windscreen for down force.<\/p>\n
Ball bearings<\/p>\n
High speed sealed stainless steel ball bearings with grease
\nFasteners
\nHard steel, mostly Allen screws, roundhead and countersunk. Minimized number of
\ndifferent Allen heads to make working on the car easier.
\nWheels
\nDurable oversized wheels with remounted MT tyres
\nThe kit comes complete with body and wheels, full color manual and exploded views,
\na blank and standard set-up sheet and Serpent decals.<\/p>\n
