Von Retro bis zum Wettbewerbsmodellen sorgen die <!--more-->Japaner f\u00fcr viel Abwechslung, nicht nur im RC-Car Bereich. Dies zeigte sich beim Blick in den Baukasten nach dem \u00d6ffnen. Kleinteile, wie Schrauben, Scheiben, Lager, Stifte usw. sind in 3 beschrifteten T\u00fcten mit A, B und C verpackt. Diese werden f\u00fcr die einzelnen Bauabschnitte ben\u00f6tigt, welche gut in der ausf\u00fchrlichen Bauanleitung aufgef\u00fchrt sind. Vorbildlich, dass die Schrauben, Scheiben, Lager usw. links in der Legende im Ma\u00dfstab 1:1 abgebildet sind. Ein suchen und nachmessen der Teile entf\u00e4llt. Die weiteren Plastikteile sind schwarz. Neben dem typischen 540iger Motor liegt ein elektronischer Fahrregler bei. Der Tamiya TBLE-02 ist geeignet f\u00fcr Brushed-, aber auch Brushless-Motoren. Ihr habt die Wahl, welchen Motor (Motorlimit beachten) ihr gleich oder sp\u00e4ter in dem Fahrzeug einbauen m\u00f6chtet.<\/p>\n<h6>Was fehlt noch<\/h6>\n<p>Damit ihr nach dem Zusammenbau gleich fahren k\u00f6nnt, fehlen noch die Fernsteuerung mit Empf\u00e4nger und Servo, wie die Akkus und Ladeger\u00e4t. Die Karosserie ist &#8222;klar&#8220;, also noch die passende Farbe kaufen. Danach steht dem Fahrspa\u00df nichts im Wege.<\/p>\n<h6>Vor Baubeginn<\/h6>\n<p>Eine gute Vorbereitung ist viel Wert. Legt euch das passende Werkzeug bereit, was ihr f\u00fcr den Zusammenbau ben\u00f6tigt, damit ihr nicht zwischendurch suchen m\u00fcsst. Darauf weist die Bauanleitung auf der ersten Seite hin, wie auch die Zusammenstellung der Elektronik. Ganz klar, der Neueinsteiger bekommt von Tamiya die wichtigsten Boardmittel, um am Ende zum Erfolg zu kommen. Wer schon mehrere Fahrzeuge aufgebaut und schon Erfahrungen mit RC-Cars hat, dem sind diese Dinge sicher nicht fremd.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/mikanews.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Tamiya-Manta-Ray-2018_27.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[157319]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-157338 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/mikanews.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Tamiya-Manta-Ray-2018_27-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mikanews.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Tamiya-Manta-Ray-2018_27-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/mikanews.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Tamiya-Manta-Ray-2018_27.jpg 850w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h6>Der Bau kann starten<\/h6>\n<p>Kaum eine Firma trifft den Nagel besser auf den Kopf wie Tamiya. Viele n\u00fctzliche Hinweise in der Anleitung, gute Abbildungen, anhand die Bauabschnitte erkl\u00e4rt sind, zeigt deutlich, dass Tamiya dem K\u00e4ufer den Zusammenbau erleichtern m\u00f6chte. Gerade wer mit den Baus\u00e4tzen gerade neu in das Hobby einsteigt, wird dies zu sch\u00e4tzen wissen. Erfahrene Modellbauer werden meinen: &#8222;Das wei\u00df ich doch, muss doch nicht drin stehen&#8220;.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/mikanews.de\/category\/tippstricks\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-75554\" src=\"https:\/\/mikanews.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/Logo_Tipps_Tricks.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"180\" height=\"87\" \/><\/a><em>Einen Tipp vorweg. Damit ihr l\u00e4ngeren Fahrspa\u00df und einen leichtg\u00e4ngigen Antrieb bekommt, empfiehlt sich die Kunststoff- \/ Bronzelager gegen einen Kugellagersatz auszutauschen. Am Besten ihr erwerbt diesen mit dem Baukasten zusammen. F\u00fcr unter 30 \u20ac konnten wir einen solchen Satz erwerben.<\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Der Bau beginnt mit dem hinteren Antriebsstrang beim Manta Ray. Zuerst wird das 3-Spider Kegeldifferenzial montiert. Daf\u00fcr das beiliegende Fett nutzen und die Kegelr\u00e4der, Wellen und Scheiben einfetten, damit diese nicht &#8222;trocken&#8220; laufen. Einfach etwas Fett auf Teile machen und verteilen. Schritt f\u00fcr Schritt f\u00fcgten sich die Teile zusammen, bis das Kegeldifferenzial seinen Platz im Getriebegeh\u00e4use gefunden hatte. Diese ist, wie alle Kunststoffteile an Spritzguss\u00e4sten befestigt. Mit einem Balsa- bzw- Hobbymesser lassen sich diese gut abtrennen. OK. eher im gro\u00dfen PKW gemeinst, als im RC-Car. Hier kommt der bekannte Motor der 540iger Baugr\u00f6\u00dfe in das Modell. Den Abstand des Ritzel zum Motor wird mit einer Lehre eingestellt (feine Sache) und an der Motorplatte wird die f\u00fcr das Ritzelspiel passende Position gew\u00e4hlt. Daf\u00fcr sind die Zahlen 16 &#8211; 21 abzulesen, was soviel bedeutet, nimmst du ein 16 Ritzel, dann befestige den Motor in den L\u00f6chern mit der 16. Wir haben im Baukasten ein Ritzel mnit 21 Z\u00e4hnen drin, also nehmen wir die L\u00f6cher mit der 21. Einfach, genial. Ein kleiner Test, um zu probieren, ob sich das Getriebe drehen l\u00e4sst<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Im n\u00e4chsten Schritt geht es weiter am hinteren Getriebe bzw. mit der Hinterachse. Diese ist \u00e4hnlich der 1\/8 Offroad-Buggy aufgebaut. Mit vier Schrauben ist diese am Chassis verbunden und l\u00e4sst sich so auch einfach wieder vom Fahrzeug l\u00f6sen. Ja, ich greife etwas voraus im Bau. Wartungsfreundlich ist der Manta Ray. Bei diesem Fahrzeug wird auf einstellbare obere Querlenker verzichtet, was bei dem Preis-\/Leistungsverh\u00e4ltnis nicht verwundert. Die Outdrives werden in diesem Bauabschnitt eingeschoben in das Kegeldifferenzial, dann folgt der Zusammenbau der Querlenker, welche aus zwei Teilen bestehen und einen sehr stabilen Eindruck erwecken. Auch hier empfehlen wir die Verwendung von Kugellager, anstatt der Kunststofflager. Die Qualit\u00e4t ist bisher sehr gut. Alles f\u00fcgt sich passgenau zusammen. An den Stiften, Wellen, Knochen das Fett nicht vergessen. Vorerst wird diese weggelegt.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Der bisherige Zusammenbau lief reibungslos. Es gab keinen Grund zu Klage. Alles passte an seine Stelle, das Kunststoff ist von guter Qualit\u00e4t und Verarbeitung. Optisch sehen die gl\u00e4nzenden schwarzen Teile schick aus. Man k\u00f6nnte fast sagen, schicker Klavierlack \ud83d\ude42 . Im n\u00e4chsten Teil geht es mit der Vorderachse weiter.
