Die DogsBollox-Karosserie f\u00fcr 190-mm-Tourenwagen ist die dritte Karosserie von ZooRacing. Entwickelt f\u00fcreinen komplett niedrigeren Karosserieschwerpunkt. Neben dem niedrigen Heck bietet die Karosserie auch ein extrem niedriges Frontende, was das aggressive LCG-Aeropaket zus\u00e4tzlich verst\u00e4rkt. Wenn ihr auf Strecken mit hohem Griff fahrt, werden die Probleme mit dem „Rollen“ beim Fahren erheblich geringer, selbst wenn ihr die Karosserie in der neuen ETS-855-ETS-Gewichtsregelkonfiguration verwendet.<\/p>\n

Die Karosserie ist eine Weiterentwicklung des PreoPard und bietet somit einen au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlichen Abtrieb und Stabilit\u00e4t, was sie ideal f\u00fcr die h\u00f6heren Geschwindigkeiten der 13.5T Pro Stock und Modified-Klassen macht. Die Karosserie bietet mehrere Aero-Funktionen, wie z. B. ein zur\u00fcckversetzter Dachbereich f\u00fcr weniger Luftwiderstand, der den Luftstrom in Richtung des Heckfl\u00fcgels lenkt, um sowohl bei niedrigen als auch bei hohen Geschwindigkeiten eine hohe Heckstabilit\u00e4t zu gew\u00e4hrleisten, w\u00e4hrend die nach vorne gerichtete Kabine und das speziell geformte vordere Ende f\u00fcr mehr Lenkung im Vergleich zur ZooZilla sorgen.<\/p>\n

Zu den weiteren wichtigen Features geh\u00f6ren gro\u00dfe Radl\u00e4ufe, mit denen die Karosserie bis zu 4 mm nach vorne platziert werden kann, um die Lenkreaktion zu verbessern, oder bis zu 4 mm nach hinten, um die Heckstabilit\u00e4t zu erh\u00f6hen – insgesamt also 8 mm. Die Karosserie, die mit den neuesten CAD-Techniken entworfen wurde, verf\u00fcgt auch \u00fcber ein 100-mm-Raster f\u00fcr die hinteren Karosseriehalterungen, um eine pr\u00e4zise Montage zu erm\u00f6glichen.<\/p>\n
Die DogsBollox 190mm-Karosserie besteht aus hochwertigem Polycarbonat und ist in zwei St\u00e4rken erh\u00e4ltlich: Eine leichte 0,5-mm-Variante, die etwa 55 g wiegt und einen Fl\u00fcgel wiegt, w\u00e4hrend die standardm\u00e4\u00dfige 0,7-mm-Variante etwa 83 g betr\u00e4gt und einschlie\u00dflich Spoiler – was bedeutet, dass letztere leicht die neue 85g-ETS-Regel erstellen kann.<\/p>\n
Bestandteil des Pakets sind auch die revolution\u00e4ren 2-stufigen Fenstermasken, die Fensterrahmen in Pro-Qualit\u00e4t gew\u00e4hrleisten. In einem ersten Schritt werden alle Fenster mit den Masken von Schritt 1 maskiert. Nachdem das Bemalen des K\u00f6rpers abgeschlossen ist, werden die Masken entfernt und durch die etwas kleineren Step-2-Masken ersetzt, durch die die Fensterrahmen freigelegt werden und in Ihrer Lieblingsfarbe lackiert werden k\u00f6nnen. Das Ergebnis ist hochpr\u00e4zise, \u200b\u200bohne dass die Fenstermasken vorgeschnitten oder an der Karosserie geschnitten werden m\u00fcssen. Abgerundet wird das Karosseriepaket durch hochwertige Spoilermontageteile und ein detailliertes Aufkleberblatt inklusive K\u00fchlergrill, Scheinwerfer und R\u00fccklichter.<\/p>\n

Developed as an outright low center of gravity body the lid features a 6mm lower trunk section \u2013 including the rear wing \u2013 for greater corning speeds, a more agile handling and less weight distribution changes. In addition to the low rear end the body also offers a super low front end which further adds to the aggressive LCG aero package. When run on high to very high-grip surfaces drivers will experience a lot less traction rolling issues even when using the body in the new 85g ETS weight rule configuration.<\/p>\n The body is an evolution of the PreoPard and thus offers exceptional overall downforce and stability, making it ideal for the higher speeds of the 13.5T Pro Stock and Modified classes. The shell offers several aero features, such as a recessed roof section for less drag, that channels the airflow towards the rear wing for great rear end stability at both low and high speeds while the forward placed cabin and the specially shaped front end produce more steering compared to the ZooZilla as well as greater rotation in corners for greater corner speeds and a more nimble handling.<\/p>\n The body is outfitted with several trick anti-tuck features such as structured side skirts and a clever rear end design including reinforcement ribs on the trunk lid, all of which add to the overall aerodynamics and looks while greatly preventing body tucks without the need for additional reinforcements. Adding to the whole package is the recessed roof section that not only adds visual impact but also greatly improves overall stability \u2013 something that comes in handy especially when running the body in ultra lightweight configuration.<\/p>\n Other hot features include large wheel arches that allow the body to be placed up to 4mm to the front for increased steering reaction or up to 4mm to the back for increased rear stability \u2013 making it 8mm in total. All this can be done without having to fear tyre rubs or unsightly cut out wheel wells. The body, designed using the latest CAD techniques also features a 100mm grid for the rear body mounts, ensuring highly precise body placement and mounting.<\/p>\n The DogsBollox 190mm body shell comes moulded from high-quality polycarbonate and it is available in two thicknesses: a lightweight 0.5mm variant that will weigh in at around 55g cut and including wing while the standard thickness 0.7mm variant will come out at around 83g cut and including wing – meaning the latter will easily make the new 85g ETS rule.<\/p>\n Part of the package are also the revolutionary 2-step window masks that will ensure window frames of Pro quality. In a first step all windows are masked using the Step 1 masks. After the painting of the body is completed, the masks will be removed and replaced by the slightly smaller Step 2 masks that leave the window frames exposed and ready to be painted in your favourite colour. The result is highly precise without the need to pre-cut or in-body-cut the window masks, ensuring greater satisfaction and less chances of creating predetermined breaking points.
