Yokomo has immediately release a new aluminum joint cup for the gear differential on the Yokomo BD9 series platform.\u00a0 The cup has a hard anodizing treatment to minimize the wear during use.<\/p>\n
It is lighter than the standard steel parts which helps to improve the efficiency of the drive train. In addition, by reducing the weight of the rotating part, it also reduces the gyro effect which helps improve the overall driving feel and performance.<\/p>\n
The new cup is designed only for use with the plastic drive shaft protectors for best efficiency.<\/p>\n
