Die Kurbelwelle ist mit einem Wolframgewicht ausbalanciert und mit Silikon gef\u00fcllt. Das Kr\u00fcmmer- und Kolbenset wurde speziell ausgew\u00e4hlt und angepasst. Alle Teile werden einzeln vermessen,dann speziell ausgew\u00e4hlt und aufeinander abgestimmt, um die Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit, Leistung und Qualit\u00e4t des Motors zu erh\u00f6hen.<\/p>\n<p>Bei der Konzeption, Gestaltung, Erstellung und Veredelung aller FX-Engines wurde auf h\u00f6chstes technisches und handwerkliches K\u00f6nnen geachtet. Dieser Motor und alle seine Teile wurden von FX im eigenen Haus in der Slowakei, Europa, aus den besten europ\u00e4ischen Materialien und unter Verwendung modernster Schweizer, deutscher und italienischer Technologien entwickelt und hergestellt. Sogar das Kurbelgeh\u00e4use wurde im Haus mit vollrobotischer Druckgusstechnologie hergestellt.<\/p>\n<p>Alle Teile werden einzeln vermessen und gepr\u00fcft, und alle Abmessungen werden aufgezeichnet, um eine vollst\u00e4ndige Fertigungs- und Montageaufzeichnung jedes einzelnen Teils zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Jeder Motor verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber ein Fertigungszertifikat, das alle wichtigen Seriennummern und -ma\u00dfe aufzeichnet, so dass jederzeit alle Details der Produktion &#8211; Materialcharge, Maschinenprogramme, verantwortlicher Handwerker und Produktionsdaten &#8211; auf den Anfang zur\u00fcckgef\u00fchrt werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<h6>Englische Version<\/h6>\n<p><strong>FX K301 EC &#8211; 3 ports, DLC, Ceramic Bearing, Tungsten Balanced<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The European Champion Engine K301 EC is based on the K301 engine but incorporates numerous improvements and refinements with focus on maximum bottom and top-end power.<\/p>\n<p>The 3-port engine includes a ceramic bearing and diamond-coated crankshaft. The crankshaft is individually balanced with a tungsten weight and filled with silicone. The sleeve and piston set were specially selected and matched. The engine features 10-rib engine head.<\/p>\n<p>Significant improvements were incorporated in the production &amp; assembly processes, with new and even more precise quality inspection. All parts are individually measured and then specially selected and matched to increase engine reliability, performance, and quality.<\/p>\n<p>All of the finest engineering and craftsmanship has gone into the concept, design, creation, and finishing of all FX Engines. This engine and all of its parts were designed and manufactured by FX in-house in Slovakia, Europe from the finest European materials and using the most advanced Swiss, German, and Italian technologies. Even the crankcase was die cast in-house using fully-robotic die-casting technology.<\/p>\n<p>All parts are individually measured and inspected, and all dimensions are recorded to ensure a full manufacturing &amp; assembly record of every single part.
