Steffen selbst ist einer der <!--more-->letzten DDR-Meister und konnte seitdem viele Rennsiege feiern. Legend\u00e4r sind die vielen Zweik\u00e4mpfe mit ihm, bei den mal er oder ich gewann. Doch zur\u00fcck zum seinem Sohn, der das RC-Car Gen von seinem Papa geerbt hat. Dies zeigen die Podiumspl\u00e4tze, die er mit seinen 8 Jahren schon erzielen konnte. Angefangen hat er vor ca. 3-4 Jahren. Sein Einsatzfahrzeug bei der HPI-Challenge in Hennigsdorf war ein Team Associated TC7.2, welcher eher selten auf den Strecken in Deutschland zu sehen ist. Mit Platz 7 in der Klasse GT machte er deutlich, dass das Fahrzeug funktioniert und wenn man ihn fahren sah, war sein fahrerisches Talent zu sehen. Da lie\u00df er sich selbst von &#8222;alten&#8220; Hasen nicht nerv\u00f6s machen, wie ich selbst feststellen musste. Rundenlang fuhr ich hinterher und fand kein Mittel ihn zu \u00fcberholen. Dort kamen Kunststoffeins\u00e4tze zum Einsatz, ohne der &#8222;Kugeln&#8220;, also wie bei vielen anderen TW wird der Schwingenstift in das &#8222;Loch&#8220; der Eins\u00e4tze gesteckt.<\/p>\n<hr
