Eine Doppelsieg feiert Max G\u00f6tzl bei der Czech Masters Serie R5 in Prag. Dahinter konnte sich Antonia\u00a0Kovalzski mit zwei dritten Pl\u00e4tzen auf dem Podest platzieren. Nur waren Max und Adam Izsay in den beiden Klasse 2 und 4 WD einen Tick schneller. Mit Frank Hempel schaffte ein deutscher Fahrer den Sprung auf das Podest in der Klasse Truggy. Hinter Max belegte Frank den zweiten Platz.<\/p>\n

Race Report by Max Gotzl
\nThe fifth round of Czech Maters series 2019\/20 took a place last weekend in Sport hall in Prague.<\/p>\n

This time we had a grouped practice in the morning, so everyone had at least one round, in a normal group with the same cars. After that we had 3 qualifying rounds, followed by 3 finals.<\/p>\n

In the 2wd class it was Adam Izsay who was able to TQ all three qualies, always in front of me in 2nd and Antonia Kovalzski in 3rd, so he was starting in front of me and Antonia to the triple A mains.<\/p>\n

In 4wd qualifying I had some more speed and I was able to TQ| the Q1 and Q3 to take the overall TQ. Adam was in the 2nd spot and Jiri Mara in 3rd.<\/p>\n

In the truck class I won all three qualies to take the TQ, in front of Frank Hempel in 2nd and Marcel Dost\u00e1l 3rd.<\/p>\n

In the 4wd A1 I and Adam had a very close battle again, but he was able to take the win. In the A2 he made a big mistake, which allowed me to take the advantage of my TQ spot and take the win! So it was all to be decided in the A3, but as I had one more run on the tires, I had kind of disadvantage on that low grip carpet, so it was even closer and more interesting. We had a full race battle, but I was able to hold on to my TQ spot and take the win again, as well as the overall Win! Adam took overall 2nd and Antonia again 3rd place.<\/p>\n

I and Adam had some really nice fights in the first two finals of 2wd, unfortunately he always came out of it better and took the overall win. I finished overall in 2nd place and Antonia took the 3rd place.<\/p>\n
