GT8 wurde am Wochenende in Portugal gefahren. Nuno Pinto konnte sich in der Nitro 1\/8 GT Klasse mit seinem Xray GTX<\/a> durchsetzen. Er berichtet davon.

2022 Luso Galaico Gold Edition 1\/8 GT \u2013 Travessas track \u2013 Portugal<\/p>\n

First race of the Spanish\/Portuguese trophy with a lot of previous editions. This year we started with the Portuguese race held in Travessas track at S.Joao da Madeira.<\/p>\n

First race of the year, and first race with the XRAY GT8X 22, powered by the FX G501 engine.<\/p>\n

The car was finished at the track, and the break in was the possible made during the last hours of Saturday.\u00a0 The initial set-up was the advised by factory, and we tried to improve during the two runs that were possible to made on Saturday.<\/p>\n

Sunday was a beautiful sunny day, but very cold. Three qualify races during the morning (always first and always improving. It was possible to achieve 17 laps in 5:16m, 5:11m and 5:01m with the best lap improving from 18,009s to 17,796s and finally 17.241s).<\/p>\n

All the changes made to the car had a very positive impact on the performance.<\/p>\n

The final race was a 30 minutes one, and we had only one problem with the right back tire, that didn\u2019t handle the effort.<\/p>\n

First race, first win, very happy with the XRAY\/FX pack.<\/p>\n
