Der D216 von HB ist der etwas andere 2WD Buggy mit ein paar anderen L\u00f6sungen. Dies <!--more-->konnte ich nun auch an den Querlenkern feststellen. Diese hatte ich bereits im ersten Schritt der Anleitung montiert. Gerade ist die untere Aufh\u00e4ngung zusammen gebaut und schon finden die vier Sto\u00dfd\u00e4mpfer an den D\u00e4mpferbr\u00fccken ihren Platz. Mit selbstsichernden Muttern und an den Querlenkern mit M3 Inbusschrauben habe ich diese befestigt. Es sei hier erw\u00e4hnt, dass die Schrauben, Muttern und auch Kugellager im gesamten Fahrzeug in metrischer Ausf\u00fchrung zur Anwendung kommen. Doch zur\u00fcck zur D\u00e4mpferbefestigung. An der Vorderachse sind diese vor dem Querlenkern angeschraubt und bei einem &#8222;Crash&#8220; ungesch\u00fctzt. Der Aufbau ist typisch f\u00fcr CVD-Kardans. Vor dem Zusammenstecken der Kardans, habe ich die Teile am Gelenk gut mit schwarzem Kyosho Diff Joint Fett eingefettet. Ihr k\u00f6nnt nat\u00fcrlich auch anderes Fett nutzen,\u00a0 was daf\u00fcr erh\u00e4ltlich ist. Beim HB D216 wird der Stift im Gelenk nicht mit einer Madenschraube, sondern durch ein 10x15x4 Kugellager gesichert. Das solltet ihr euch merken, denn beim Ausbau des Kardans ohne Lager aus dem Radtr\u00e4ger k\u00f6nnte der Stift herausfallen und in den unendlichen Tiefen des Erdbodens verschwinden. Besonders bei Gras ist das ein Problem. Auff\u00e4llig sind die vier Einstellungen an den Radtr\u00e4gern und zwei am Getriebegeh\u00e4use. Ungew\u00f6hnlich, dass die Gewindestange von unten eingehangen wird. Das liegt an der Konstruktion. Ein Kritikpunkt sind die Radmitnehmer, bei denen der Stift nicht gesichert ist und aus dem Mitnehmer f\u00e4llt. Daf\u00fcr gibt es zwei M\u00f6glichkeiten, wobei ich die erste L\u00f6sung bevorzugen w\u00fcrde (wer andere kennt, gerne Info an mich). Einmal Mitnehmer mit Schraube aus dem Zubeh\u00f6rhandel zum sichern kaufen oder etwas Pattex (Klebstoff) auf den Stift und einschieben. Die Stifte k\u00f6nnen rausfallen, da diese nicht gesichert sind\n\t\t\t\t<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<p>Nun bin ich wieder an der Vorderachse angelangt. Diese kommt mit einer einfachen wie genialen L\u00f6sung daher. Der C-HUB besteht aus zwei schwarz eloxierten Aluminium-Teilen, welche miteinander verbunden sind. Das &#8222;kleinere&#8220; Teil von den beiden wird unten mit dem Schwingenstift am Querlenker befestigt und oben am Kugelkopf mit der R \/ L-Gewindestange. Logisch, Doppelarmaufh\u00e4ngung mit C-Hub. Das besondere am\u00a0 D216 ist, dass der C-Hub drehbar an dem &#8222;kleinen&#8220;\u00a0 Aufh\u00e4ngungsteil befestigt wird. Anhand einer Skala mit 5 wei\u00dfen Strichen k\u00f6nnt ihr am D216 den Nachlauf von -6 bis 6 Grad einstellen und das ohne ein Teil zu wechseln. Einfacher geht es nicht. Damit kann der Radstand am D216 variiert werden. Servo f\u00fcr die Anlenkung kommt nun erst an seinen Platz und ist nicht wie in den meisten 2 WD Buggys verbaut. Im hinteren Teil des Chassis ist Platz f\u00fcr den Akku. Den Akkuhalter im D216 wird je nach welcher Akkukonfiguration gefahren wird, individuell vorbereitet und eingebaut. Ich habe mich f\u00fcr den Einbau des Shorty LiPo-Akkus quer entschieden. Durch das um 180 Grad Verdrehen der Halteplatte an der Kohlefaserstrebe l\u00e4sst sich der Akku vorn bzw. hinten einbauen. Damit kann ich die Gewichtsverteilung beeinflussen. Alternativ kann der K\u00e4ufer den Shorty LiPo-Akku auch l\u00e4ngs einbauen. Der Getriebedeckel zum Schutz des Hauptzahnrades und Slippers ist gro\u00df und eckig. Hier haben die Konstrukteure sich nicht viel dabei einfallen lassen. Doch auf den zweiten Blick findet der Fahrregler seitlich daran seinen Platz. An diesen ist die Karosserie mit Klettband befestigt.
