Ein neues Chassis und Top-Deck mit zusätzlichen Löcher, um den Radstand des Fahrzeugs zu verlängern gibt es für den X1 von Xray. Nun gibt es die Möglichkeit insgesamt drei unterschiedliche Radstände zu fahren. Die beiden zusätzlichen Positionen verlängern den Radstand des Fahrzeugs um 4 und 8 mm. Je länger der Radstand ist, desto stabiler und leichter ist das Auto zu fahren. Ein längerer Radstand verringert jedoch das Ansprechverhalten, die „Drehung“ und das Lenken des Fahrzeugs. Ein kürzerer Radstand wird für kleinere technische Strecken und ein längerer für große Strecken empfohlen.
Das 2,5-mm-Chassis und das Oberdeck bestehen aus hochwertigem Graphitmaterial.

The chassis features extra holes which allows to move the whole suspension more forward to extend the wheelbase of the car. The chassis features 3 wheelbase adjustment positions. The full backward position is identical to the original X1 chassis wheelbase. The other two extra positions extends the wheelbase of the car by 4 and 8mm. The longer the wheelbase is, the car is more stable and easier to drive. However longer wheelbase decreases car response, rotation and steering. Shorter wheelbase is recommended for smaller technical tracks and longer for more open tracks.
The 2.5mm chassis & top deck are made from high quality graphite material.
