Das über drei Tage gehende „King of the Valley-Rennen“ war gut besucht. Die Strecke ist groß und auf dem Untergrund war Pflanzenöl aufgetragen. Dies sorgt für einen super gleichmäßigen Belag mit großartigem Grip !! Das Rennen war spannen, eng und hart. Mit einem überarbeiteten Format entschied sich der Club für ein Reedy Style-System mit Heads-up-Rennen für alle Qualifikanten und einem 40-Minuten-Finale für Nitro und einem 3x 10-Minuten-Finale für EP zu fahren. Siegreich waren Stone, Seckold und Bernadzik.

Held over 3 days, the King of the Valley Race meeting is always a good one, with many interstate entries it was going to be a tough race. The track is large in size and the dirt surface has Vegetable Oil applied to it, this makes for a super consistent surface with great grip!! meaning the racing is always going to be close and tough. With a revised format the club chose to run a Reedy Style system with heads up racing for all Qualifiers and a 40 Minute final for Nitro and 3x 10 Minute finals for EP.
