Another two podium performance for Team Magic, during the second round of the popular MRCL Winter Series at Longwy, north of France.
In 10.5 category, Jacques Libar finished on the overall second position, and first driver with Volante 28 tires, right behind Richard Volta (Team Powers 26). Alexander Becker finished third to complete the podium.
In Rookie category, Marina Baczkiewicz obtained another podium after her win on first round some weeks ago. Nice result for the lady !
In 13.5 category, Julian Garbi made the A-final in company of very good drivers, a nice result for the young german driver; while his new teammate Luca Becker wins the B-final. Well done youngs !
Things have been more difficult for the TM drivers in modified category. Cyril N’Diaye, Rémi Callens and Patrick Gassauer made the A-final, but no podium for them at the end of the racing week-end.
Globally, things looks a bit difficult with tires, as there are no handouts tires at the MRC Winter Series, and some drivers ran 26° shores tires like Team Powers of the french nationals, while others used Volante 28 tires. Performances aren’t exactly the same, it seems Team Powers are 0.1~0.2s by lap faster.
