ZooRacing Hyena – ZooRacings second Hyper Car body

The New Era of RC Racing – Hypercar Class

The Hypercar Class is the latest revolution in RC touring car racing, combining cutting-edge aerodynamics, extreme performance, and hyper-realistic designs. Designed for high-speed competition, these cars feature low-slung, wide-body chassis, optimized for maximum downforce and stability at top speeds.

With sleek, aggressive styling inspired by full-scale hypercars, this class delivers the perfect mix of realism and high-performance racing. Expect next-level cornering speeds, enhanced grip, and precision handling—pushing RC competition to its absolute limits!

ZooRacing presents the Hyena, the second hypercar body designed for the next generation of touring car racing. Developed with cutting-edge aerodynamics and precision engineering, the Hyena sets new standards in downforce, efficiency, and stability for serious racers.

The difference between the super popular Hyrax and the Hyena is the focus on more steering, more agile cornering, by also less low design of the body and cap to fit a bit older chassis. The longer front and larger front splitter allow more downforce and the higher, but shorter rear end gives the Hyena a better rotation on all types of tracks.

Advanced Aerodynamics for Maximum Performance

Every curve and surface of the Hyena is engineered to deliver optimal airflow management, reducing drag while maximizing downforce. The low-slung, wide-body design ensures the car stays planted, providing superior cornering speeds and unmatched stability. Key aerodynamic features include:

Optimized Front End – Aggressive front splitter and sculpted fenders minimize turbulence and generate high front-end grip.
Low-Drag Canopy Design – A sleek, realistic cockpit area reduces air resistance while maintaining high-speed stability.
Efficient Sidepod Airflow – Precision-formed side channels guide air around the body to reduce drag and improve rear-end balance.
High-Downforce Rear Section – An integrated rear diffuser and large rear wing provide maximum traction while keeping air turbulence under control.

Realistic Hypercar Styling & Performance

The Hyena is designed with ultra-detailed realism, closely mirroring full-scale hypercars while maintaining racing-optimized proportions. With its low center of gravity, the body enhances chassis performance, delivering precise handling and responsiveness on the track.

Features:

-Ultra-low center of gravity for optimal handling and stability
-Lightweight, high-strength material for durability and performance
-Realistic hypercar aesthetics with detailed aerodynamic elements

-The ZOOlite molding process used in the Hyena reduces the weight of the standard 0.7mm body shell by approximately 10g, while simultaneously lowering the vehicle’s center of gravity.
– Detailed decal sheet– Body requires the latest touring car chassis with super low shock positions. Older chassis from 2023, or older will not fit, because the low and realistic design of the body.
